I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I endeavour towards the highest professional and ethical standards in my practice. This includes attending ongoing professional development, regular supervision with a qualified Counselling supervisor, and compliance with the BACP ethical framework.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

I am committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations and I am registered with the Information Commissions Office (ICO:00011704455).

Should you choose to work with me, I will send you information on data protection and confidentiality prior to our first Counselling session, to ensure you understand, are informed and consent to the service I offer. I would send you:

• A data protection notice detailing how I collect and store your personal information to comply with my regulatory and insurance company requirements.
• A therapy agreement which includes full details on Confidentiality and any legal or ethical limitations to this.

Insurance

I maintain comprehensive professional indemnity and public liability insurance through Holistic Insurance.
